CAROLINA MOUNTAIN Property Management provides complete management of both vacation/corporate rentals and long-term rentals, including single-family homes, condominiums, apartment complexes, commercial property and storage facilities. For property owners who need full management, we do it all, from A to Z. For those who prefer to be involved in the management of their own properties but need professional help with some aspects of management, we offer our Tenant Locator Service and/or our A La Carte Services. In addition, we provide Homeowner Association Management offering a variety of services, with management plans to suit each association’s individual needs.
Over 200 properties in the high country area are managed by Carolina Mountain Properties & Rentals. Carolina Mountain Properties & Rentals was established in 1996 and is the “go-to” company for premier property management services. A large percentage of our current customers have come through the referrals of previous and current satisfied clients. Carolina Mountain Properties’ is a member of the High Country Association of Realtors®, the NC Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the NC Vacation Rental Managers Association. Our managing brokers and company owner, Jeannie Fox, also has served as chairman on the Board of Directors of the West Jefferson Tourism Committee and is an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) candidate.
Involvement in these organizations and the community as a whole has led to the establishment of Carolina Mountain Properties’ as the property management leader in the high country area. Local landlords and tenants look to CMP&R as the model of property management practices. We answer hundreds of landlord-tenant questions for the general public each year.
