My husband and I stayed at The Wildflower for a relaxing getaway, and it was perfect. The cabin was quiet, private, very clean, and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of exploring and loved sitting on the front porch watching storms roll in.
As noted in the listing, the driveway is steep, so 4-wheel drive or AWD is definitely recommended. We arrived at night, but had no issues since my husband had researched the directions ahead of time. But he does love mapping a trip.
Thank you for a peaceful and comfortable weekend—we will definitely be back!

This is the fourth time my husband and I have stayed at Haven Ridge (now Wildflower Ridge). As usual, it was an amazing stay. We love this little house so much. It is perfect for a couple's getaway. It's totally off the beaten path!

This is a cute little A-frame - perfect for a couple. The location is quiet and private and provides some really nice views. The bed is comfortable and overall the place is fine. We didn't get to use the hot top because it was 15 degrees and windy!
The place does need some updating, however - especially with respect to the kitchen. Also, there are no curtains on any windows, which is mostly OK but does mean that you will probably be waking up early and at certain times of day (morning) the glare on the TV makes it difficult to watch.
With respect to the mgmt, there was no dishwashing liquid at the house when we arrived - which is not a bid deal except for the fact that it was a 25 minute drive out to get some. This was apparently just a mistake and they were very apologetic but I still had to go get it.
