Bear Creek Ridge is a beautifully landscaped, one-level log cabin designed for a relaxing mountain escape. With 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full en suite bathrooms, this cabin offers both privacy and comfort. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, Roku TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry. On the opposite side of the cabin, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, Roku TV, a tub/shower combo, and direct access to the deck.
The cozy living area, highlighted by a stacked stone gas-log fireplace and a 50” flatscreen TV with an Amazon Firestick, is perfect for streaming your favorite shows. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker, ensures meal prep is easy. Enjoy mountain views while dining by the large window or fire up the gas grill for an outdoor barbecue.
Bear Creek Ridge is built for fun! The garage game room is stocked with a ping pong table, cornhole, and darts, while the fully enclosed deck provides a safe space for children or pets. Note: Pets allowed with a $75 per stay per pet. Airbnb/VRBO will only automatically charge one pet. The host will add an additional $75 for each pet if you are bringing more than one pet. The beautifully landscaped backyard is the perfect place to gather around the fire pit or relax on the wooden swing.
Conveniently located just outside Jefferson, NC, Bear Creek Ridge offers all paved, easy access and is motorcycle-friendly with a 2-car covered carport to keep your vehicles safe. With just four steps to enter, this cabin is accessible for all ages.

Fall Vacation with our Dogs

This home has a Wonderful Farmland view with Mountains. The Colors of Fall in the Mountains was absolutely Spectacular. We enjoyed our stay including our Toy Maltese and Shorkipoo. They enjoyed their vacation too. This home has everything you need to prepare Meals, Wash and Dry Clothes, and even has Fast Internet with a Smart TV. The cabin was very Clean.
Carolina Mountain Properties staff are very nice and helpful if you should need them.
We would recommend this cabin, and it is Dog Friendly. (Kaylee and Daisy approved)

We had 2 days in the cabin and it was a great stay. Nice view from the porch/yard and games to enjoy in the garage such as ping pong and corn hole and lots of games/puzzles inside as well. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Hoping to return to take advantage of the proximity to Zaloo's canoe and tubing in the summer.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Creek Ridge. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we loved the location. It was quiet with a lovely view. We had everything we needed. We had to contact the property mgr a couple of times and they were always quick to respond and answer our questions. We would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

An Absolutely Perfect Mountain Escape!

Our stay at Bear Creek Ridge was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful landscaping and the welcoming, easy-access paved driveway – a huge plus for anyone, especially if you're on a motorcycle!
The cabin itself is a true gem. The one-level design made it incredibly convenient, and the two spacious bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms offered fantastic privacy and comfort. We loved the thoughtful touches like the Roku TVs in each room and the walk-in shower in the primary suite, which also had the added convenience of laundry facilities.

This cozy little cabin is wonderful. It has a beautiful view in the front. We come here for work and I set my computer up at the table where I could see the view out the window. I absolutely loved it. Easy commute to town and the convenience center. Love the little towns near here as well. Just a very nice, peaceful location all around.

Wonderful Cabin

Our stay in Bear Creek Ridge was wonderful. The cabin was in a great location...fifteen minutes or so from West Jefferson and about thirty to North Wilkesboro. The cabin was clean and looked brand new. It was equipped with everything we possibly could have needed. We loved the decor. The teenager with us actually counted the bears inside the cabin - 183 but found a couple more before we left so it may be closer to 190 bears! The abundance of board games and the game room/garage had lots to keep us entertained. IF there was a downside-one of us broke her foot a couple of days before we came and was in a wheelchair. Accessibility (maybe through the garage) would have been helpful, but we managed. Inside everything was equipped and she managed fine.
