We had a great time and the home was lovely - perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Had everything we needed. Location was just five minutes from downtown and we had amazing views! Host was friendly and quick to respond. Can't wait to return!

Super peaceful and quaint tiny home

Great location. Super peaceful. Close to a river access, hiking trails, downtown, and a really cool winery. Only 25-30 min from Boone. If you want somewhere to go to disconnect and be in nature, this tiny home is perfect. But you could also work from there if needed (Wi-fi worked well, decent cell service, Smart TV, etc)

Peaceful Tiny House stay

We enjoyed our stay in the tiny house outside of West Jefferson. It was mostly quiet (occasional road noise), very comfortable and peaceful. We wish the outside fire had been a wood burning firepit, but with the burn ban in effect- that would have been a bummer. For aesthetics, it also would be nice to have a head producing electric fireplace inside vs just the heater. The towels were clean but none of them were particularly absorbent. Bed was comfy and shower was nice. Entire place was well appointed. The neighboring properties were much closer than anticipated but everyone was friendly and gave us privacy and space. Sunset view was great and the stores and town of West Jefferson close by.

The home does offer a mini split for heat and air. The neighbors may be close, but all are respectful and give you your privacy. We are happy you enjoyed your stay, and you will stay with us again.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. Gorgeous view, great amenities, and pleasant atmosphere. It was great that we were able to book this last minute for Independence Day weekend. The place is close to the downtown area as well as many hikes. Thanks for a great stay!

We have always wanted to stay in a tiny home and thought we would give it a try. I must say we had nothing short of a wonderful experience!The lodging was perfect for a romantic weekend. The views were breathtaking from sunup to sundown. We took advantage of all the local shops restaurants and a beautiful winery all within ten minutes away. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this vacation.
