Welcome to Eagle’s Rest nestled on a mountain side in the community of Fleetwood Falls! This spacious home offers three levels, four bedrooms and four full baths, wraparound covered porch, two gas fireplaces, and a game room with a pool table for your enjoyment!

As you walk up to the front door, you will be greeted by a wraparound porch complete with rocking chairs, swing, and a gas grill perfect for those grillers in the family.

Inside, you will find an open floor plan that beacons you to relax with the family. The living room offers comfy furniture with recliners, flat screen TV and a gas log fireplace for curling up while watching your favorite streaming show or movie. There is Wi-Fi for those that must check email or just play a game.

The spacious dining area is just as you enter the home and offers seating for six and a beautiful antler chandelier above. There is another table just off the kitchen area for additional seating if needed.

With the open floor plan the kitchen is open to the living/dining area perfect for families that like to cook together so no one missed out. Featuring stainless appliances with double ovens and a dishwasher for quick clean up this kitchen is a cook’s dream. Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils so need to bring your own.

Also, on the main level is a hall bath with tub/shower combo and a bedroom featuring a king size bed.
Climb the stairs to the second level and you will find three bedrooms and two full baths.

The spacious master featuring king size bed, flatscreen TV, desk and reading nook is the perfect space for the couple that wants to relax after a long day of shopping or hiking.

The shared bath features a soaking tub, step in shower and double vanities. As you enter the other bedroom that is off the shared bath you will find a twin bed and desk – perfect for the little one that needs to be close to parents.

The third bedroom on the second level features a comfy queen bed and a full bath.

Downstairs, you will find a game room with a pool table perfect for a friendly game and full bath.

Eagle’s Rest is in the charming mountain community of Fleetwood Falls, Bring your own fishing gear, fishing licenses, and kayaks & canoes! The New River is located at the entrance to Fleetwood Fall a, wonderful place to tube, float, or fly fish the day away. Todd is just short drive away and offers the Todd Mercantile for shopping and Rivergirl Fishing Company for river trips and even bike rentals! Boone is just a 30-minute drive away and West Jefferson is only 20 minutes away.
